My training includes a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphedema Management and Manual Lymph Drainage. I love having the opportunity to customize a session specifically for an area that is causing discomfort, like the neck and shoulders, as well as planning a session that might focus purely on full body and mind relaxation.
